Production Time/Deliver Date
Production time begins upon the date we receive the invoice or upon the date your order is placed online. For stock image selections, allow four weeks for delivery. For custom orders, allow four to six weeks.

Claims/Returns
Customer assumes the responsibility to inspect and notify BlindGraphics Intl. LLC, within 72 hours of delivery, of any defective products or shortages. No rerun privilege will be granted after 30 days from the date of order. BlindGraphicsTM must be returned in the original shipping carton and with all original packaging materials used.

Shipping Policy
Within The United States
We will ship BlindGraphicsTM anywhere in the United States, via UPS five day ground service, at no additional charge.
Outside The United States
We ship to anywhere in the world. Shipping and handling charges for these shipments will apply on an individual order basis. If there are other charges (such as duty, brokerage, or taxes) that apply when goods are shipped to your country, the payment of these charges will be your responsibility. Please email our customer service department at Shipping@BlindGraphics.com to obtain a quote.

Damage During Shipping
It is your responsibility, when signing for receipt of your new BlindGraphicsTM, to thoroughly inspect the condition of the carton and/or cartons. If you notice any damage, indicate this on the transfer receipt before signing. You must sign your name and with ‘Damaged Carton' beside it.

Please notify us within 72 hours from the time you receive any damaged BlindGraphics
TM and supply us with a copy of the receipt so we can process the claim. We will coordinate the repair or replacements of any damaged BlindGraphicsTM shipments. Please contact our customer service department at CustomerService@BlindGraphics.com or call 800-216-8986.

Return Policy
Each BlindGraphicsTM is manufactured using your submitted specifications and carefully inspected for any defects in workmanship prior to shipping. Therefore, we can only accept returns on orders that are defective in workmanship and not due to incorrect submitted measurements and/or any other incorrect specifications submitted by the customer. If there is a defect in your new BlindGraphicsTM we will repair or replace it at no charge. See our
Warranty Policy for more information. We do not accept cancellations after 24 hours after order submission.

Color Accuracy
Although we strive to ensure the colors of our images and valance stain selections are accurate, actual colors may vary. Because BlindGraphicsTM are custom made we cannot accept returns based upon slight color variations between BlindGraphics' hard copy, CD and/or online selections and the finished product.
